In the event of a disaster related emergency such as hurricanes, tornado strike, flu pandemic, terrorist attack, etc., the Family HomeCare office may have to close, its staff evacuated, services curtailed or interrupted, and telephone services may be inaccessible or unresponsive.
Due to the exent and scope of the disaster, Family HomeCare may not be able to continue providing home health services to you, especially if you also evacuate to another area. However, in the event of a disaster related emergency Family HomeCare is committed to staying in as much contact as possible with both its staff and its patients.

link will take you to the area of this website where there is an email link. You will use that email link to send us all necessary information on how we can make return contact with you. Be sure to include as much contact information as possible including land-line telephone numbers, your cell phone number and/or alternate cell phone numbers, mailing address of where you are staying, a return email address as well as alternate email address(es) if available.
During the emergency and throughout the duration of the aftermath and recovery, FHC will make frequent checks to its email account to determine if emergency contact is being made by staff and patients.
Once you have made contact via this website, FHC will start to make the attempts to return that contact with you via the methods you have supplied.
Remember, if your contact information should change during the aftermath/recovery of the emergency, then be sure to re-contact FHC and provide us with your updated information.
