MISSION STATEMENT

Family HomeCare incorporates an integrated approach to patient care in the home. Our mission is to promote recovery, maximize rehab potential and encourage patient independence. We accomplish this by involving the patient, family, physicians, community resources, and our skilled health professionals, in developing an individualized Plan of Care.

Our prompt response to patient needs reflects our commitment to excellence and service. Our success is measured by patient, physician, and family satisfaction. We serve clients of all ages within a fifty (50) mile radius of Metairie, Louisiana.

The Philosophy of Family HomeCare is to provide the highest quality of service to assist our patients and their caregivers to maintain the patient’s level of care that allows independence and/or their maximum health status.
